  • This fee will be deducted from your final bill at the event.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Less than 72 hours before the event: The booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No-shows will forfeit their deposit.

If We Cancel (e.g. due to weather, venue issues, or illness):

We will offer either:

  • A full refund of your booking fee, or
  • A transfer to a new date, if one is available.

3. Changes to Guest Numbers
  • Final guest numbers must be confirmed 48 hours before the event.

  • In such cases, the booking fee will be forfeited.

5. Dietary & Access Requirements
  • Please inform us of any dietary requirements or accessibility needs at least 48 hours in advance, so we can plan accordingly.

6. Event-Specific Conditions
  • As this is a pop-up event, some elements (e.g. outdoor setup, weather impact, or venue limitations) are beyond our control.
  • By booking, you accept the nature of a temporary venue and agree to comply with any health, safety, or local regulations in place on the day.
