Sprout has been a dream many years in the making. Louise imagined a welcoming space where people could connect over delicious, healthy food – food that brings people together and makes eating well something to look forward to.

When Debbie joined her on this journey, the vision became reality. With more than 45 years of friendship between them, Louise and Debbie combined their shared passion for nutritious, flavourful food and their belief in the power of connection, environment, and mental wellbeing.

Debbie is a registered nutritional therapist, and Louise is a mental health expert and psychotherapist with over 25 years of clinical experience in the NHS. Together, they share a love for creating colourful, exciting meals that are as nourishing as they are delicious.

But Sprout is about more than great food – it’s about building community. Through workshops, job opportunities, and inclusive initiatives, Sprout aims to help everyone thrive by creating a space that feels joyful, supportive, and connected.

Working alongside our sister company, Nourish, Connect. Grow CIC, we’re developing a range of workshops and social events designed to inspire and empower.
